Tyler is a vibrant student with a strong sense of individual style who served as the student representative for Hansberry College Prep for the 2024-2025 school year. This fall, he will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in social work.
Describe your experience with Lion's Pride in a few sentences.
As a Big and a student representative, I participated in workshops, field trips, helping littles, conducting interviews, etc. Other student reps and I were able to do different community service activities like working in a community garden and helping to set up for the annual holiday clothing drive.
Describe a highlight from your involvement with Lion's Pride Mentoring.
A highlight in my involvement in Lion's Pride Mentoring is the opportunities that come along the way with being apart of the program. Whether it's post-secondary choices or having that support system that helps you whenever you need it. It always helps out and goes a long way.
