Jayshana is a Purdue University Global graduate with a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. They also earned a Bachelor's in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology from the City University of Seattle. Jayshana's journey has been shaped by various professional and personal experiences. From starting as a daycare teacher and preschool paraprofessional to navigating roles in middle/high school administration and corporate management (including a stint at a well-known e-commerce giant), Jayshana brings a range of expertise to their role as the Executive Assistant at Lion's Pride Mentoring.

With a genuine passion for organization and logistics, Jayshana is not only supporting as the Executive Assistant in accounting, human resources, communications, and webpage design, but also administers programming as a Campus Manager. Beyond the professional sphere, their artistic side emerges through music and poetry. Advocating for human and child rights, Jayshana aspires to be a transformational leader, believing in positive change on both personal and societal levels. In addition to supporting instruction, Jayshana supports social media, website development, and maintenance.
